Hica has announced that the last remaining properties at Holderness Grange Lifestyle Village have now been released for sale, offering a variety of property styles and purchase options.
A selection of town houses and apartments each provide spacious 2-bedroom accommodation with fully fitted kitchens, fully tiled bathrooms with separate shower, private balcony or patio and use of the Country Club facilities contained within the Village. Plots are available from as little as £72,000.
With Age UK estimating that older people in the UK are missing out each year on £5bn of benefits to which they are entitled, Hica will be providing a free benefits and entitlements health check for people visiting Holderness Grange.
